I went into their office, and Heather offered me a comfortable seat on the couch to review the dozens of blind selections. Their showroom is cozy like sitting in their living room. Troy offered me a great deal. The best part is his customer service. I've been defrauded, and he added all of my requests on the contract. He measured and the blinds came in within two weeks. He immediately set up the installment. Like a white tornado, he installed 8 blinds in about an hour! One of them was too short, so he complained to the company. When it came in, he called and installed it within a blink of an eye. Then he assured me to call with any problems. I would use this company again.
